| Sect. 1: | The annual meeting of the 'Council shall be held in connection with the annual meeting of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics. |
| Sect. 2: | Additional meetings of the Council shall be held at the call of the President. |
| Sect. 3: | The members present at the annual meeting shall constitute a quorum. |
| Sect. 4: | The business of the Council shall be transacted at the annual and other Executive Board meetings. |
