Registration

Registration fees pay for facility rental, equipment, and printing costs, but NOT for sponsor-provided functions, conference bags, neck wallets, and conference mugs. The sponsors supply these at no charge while seats/quantities last.

Advanced Registration

Advance registration closes with forms received by April 7, 2006. Download the Conference Registration form , speakers download the Speakers Registration form . Complete the form and return to: NCSM, PO BOX 150368, LAKEWOOD CO 80215-0368; fax 303-274-5932. (If you want notification that your fax is received, turn on your fax machine's "sending report" or "confirmation" function.) Either include a check or money order payable to NCSM (in U.S. funds) or credit card information. Faxed registrations must use credit card payments. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Registration becomes effective only when payment is received. Purchase orders are NOT accepted for registration or dues. Registrations MUST BE RECEIVED no later than April 7 to allow time for processing. A confirmation sheet, including a receipt, name badge, and meal/reception tickets (while available), will be mailed prior to the conference if you register before the deadline. If you have not received your registration confirmation by April 17, call Mo Nelson at 303-274-5932.

Late/On-Site Registration

If we do not receive your registration by April 7, you must register on site at The America's Center, Washington Lobby, beginning Monday, April 24 (see times on next page). There is an additional $30 charge for late/on-site registration. Bring appropriate check, money order, cash, MasterCard, or Visa. Purchase orders are NOT accepted for registration or dues. It is very likely that the meals and/or receptions will already be full before on-site registration begins, so be prepared to make your own arrangements. The registration fee is not prorated in the event of partial attendance.

Membership

If your NCSM membership expires before 4/30/06 you must renew in order to register for the conference at the discounted member rate. Nonmembers and those whose membership has lapsed can register by either paying the nonmember rate, which costs more and does not include dues (see form), or by paying NCSM dues and registering at the lower member rate.
