Receptions and Meal Functions

There is no charge for the six sponsored functions: Monday Box Lunch, Monday Reception, Tuesday Breakfast, Tuesday Luncheon, Tuesday Reception, and Wednesday Luncheon. Tickets for all (except the breakfast) will be automatically sent to all who register, while supplies last. Advance registrants will be contacted directly by the breakfast sponsor to arrange for tickets. The number of tickets for all of these events is limited. Once on site, please turn in tickets that you will not be using at the registration booth (Washington Lobby). A waiting list will be created if an event fills ahead of time, but always be prepared to make your own arrangements for meals. Guest tickets are not available at any time. Only those who are fully registered for the conference are eligible to receive the free tickets for the sponsored events.

Sessions

All sessions are held in The America's Center unless stated otherwise. Most sessions are in rooms with round tables, but some rooms will be set theater style. Because of fire codes, no one will be allowed to remain in a session unless a seat is available. Seating at all sessions is on a first-arrive, first-seated basis, so be sure to have alternate sessions in mind for all time slots. More detailed session information is available on our Web site: www.ncsmonline.org. Information on the site will be updated as need arises, with session times and locations posted starting in December. A program book, including session descriptions, will be distributed to attendees on site at check in.

Sponsor Displays

NCSM conference attendees will have the opportunity to examine, explore, and review products of NCSM's sponsors in the Sponsor Display Area (room 130/131) on Monday afternoon and all day Tuesday. Be sure to stop by the Sponsor Display Area.
