Advanced Registration

Advanced registration closed on March 7th. Plan to join us at the 2008 NCSM Annual Conference in Salt Lake City. On-Site registration begins April 6, 2008 at 5:00 pm in Grand America Hotel. See registration and payment details below.

Conference Registration Confirmation

You will receive an electronic registration confirmation and an electronic receipt if you've included an email address in your profile. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Registration becomes effective only when payment is received. If you have not received your registration confirmation by March 21, call NCSM Member and Conference Services.

Conference Function Tickets

In order to receive tickets for functions, you must indicate on the Conference Registration Form each function that you will attend. Tickets to each function are limited, so please request tickets only to functions you will attend. If you receive a ticket to a function that you decide not to use, please return it to the on-site Registration Desk as early as possible prior to the function.

Registration Amenities

Registration fees pay for facility rental, equipment, and printing costs. Registration fees do not cover sponsor-provided functions, conference bags, neck wallets, and conference mugs. NCSM sponsors supply these at no charge while seats/quantities last. Please note, registration fees do not cover the cost to attend the NCTM Research Pre-sessions, Exposition, or Annual Meeting sessions. Be sure to arrange for these events separately.

Registration Fees and Payment Information

Registration Fees. If you are a speaker, please refer to the speaker registration form . If you are an attendee, please refer to the table below for rates.

Full Conference Registration $180 $270

Monday Only $90 $135

One-Day Registrations. A one-day registration fee is available this year for the first time. You may register for Monday only, Tuesday only, or Wednesday only.

Late Registration. Late registration must take place on site. Any registration received by email or fax after March 7, 2008 or postmarked after March 7, 2008 will be assessed the late registration fee which will be collected on site.

Payment Options. Payment for registration or dues may be made by check, cash, MasterCard, or Visa. Please note that NCSM does not accept purchase orders.

Cancellations

Notify NCSM Member and Conference Services at (303) 758-9611 immediately if you must cancel your conference registration. NCSM will then refund your registration fee, less 25%. Memberships cannot be cancelled and membership dues are not refunded. Cancellations called, faxed, or e-mailed in and/or postmarked after March 7, 2008, will not be eligible for refunds.

On Site Registration and Check-In

Conference Material Distribution. All conference materials, including conference name badge, bags, programs and tickets will be distributed on site.

Early Bird Check-In. If you registered in advance, bring a copy of your registration confirmation email to pick up your conference name badge and tickets at the Early Bird Check-In area at the Grand America Hotel on Sunday, April 6, 2008, 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

Membership Information

Membership Renewal. Membership can be renewed along with conference registration. If your NCSM membership expires before March 31, 2008 you must renew in order to register for the conference at the discounted member rate.

Nonmembers. Nonmembers may join NCSM by filling out the membership form . When you send your membership form with the conference registration form you will qualify to register for the conference at the discounted member rate.
