Hotel Information

Wyndham Jade (WJ) is the housing reservation center for both the 2008 NCSM and NCTM conferences.

NCSM Housing Block

Designated Conference Hotels. NCSM has reserved a block of sleeping rooms at the Grand America Hotel and the Little America Hotel. Hotels fill up quickly, so make your reservation early. Hotel rooms will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The block of rooms will be held until filled or until February 13, 2008, whichever comes first.

Stay in the Block. It is very important that NCSM conference attendees use the Little America or Grand America block of rooms if at all possible. All NCSM Annual Conference sessions and events will be held at these two hotels, making each hotel a perfect housing choice and placing you in the heart of all the conference action.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel Room Rates. Please check the housing form or housing reservation site for specific rates at the Little America and Grand America hotels.

Hotel Reservation Deadline. You must book your room through the NCSM/ NCTM Housing Reservation Center by Wednesday, February 13, 2008.

Reserve Hotel Room Electronically. To make your hotel reservation online, proceed to our on-line form.

Reserve Hotel Room by Mail or Fax. To make your hotel reservation via fax or mail, download and complete the printable form and return it by:

Be Sure to Check In When Scheduled. If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged, any deposit will be forfeited, and your reservation cancelled. Please check your confirmation for your hotel's cancellation policy.

Adjusting Your Reservation. Should you need to adjust or cancel your reservation, please contact the NCSM/NCTM Housing Reservation Center up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you have a last minute change after this date, you will need to call the hotel directly.

The Little America and Grand America hotels are ideal choices for your stay. They are located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. The Convention Center, location for the NCTM Annual Meeting and Research Pre-sessions, is only 5 blocks away.
Be sure to register for NCSM in addition to registering for each NCTM event.
It's okay to use one housing form for both conferences.
