Hotel Information

NCSM Housing Block

Wyndham Jade (WJ) is the housing bureau for both NCSM and NCTM this year. WJ has set aside a block of rooms for attendees of the NCSM Annual Conference at three hotels

Omni Hotel (at the CNN Center)
Embassy Suites Hotel Atlanta (at Centennial Olympic Park)
Marriott Marquix

Stay in the Block

It is very important that NCSM members use the Omni and Embassy block of rooms and stay in these hotels if at all possible. Staying at these two hotels puts you right in the heart of all the conference action. The Omni Hotel shares a patio with the Georgia World Congress Center and the Embassy Suites is just across the street. Since hotel shuttle service will not be provided during the NCSM conference, the Omni and Embassy Suites hotels make perfect lodging choices.

Changes in the Housing Process this Year

Please note there is an immediate charge for the first night because all hotels require a deposit guarantee in the amount of the first night's room and tax. No reservations will be taken without a guarantee. If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged, any deposit will be forfeited, and your reservation canceled.

First-come First-served

Rooms will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. This block of rooms will be held until the block is full, or January 19, 2007, whichever comes first. (After January 19, 2007, any rooms remaining in the NCSM block will be released to NCTM.)

Be sure to register for each NCTM event in addition to registering for NCSM
It's okay to use one housing form for both conferences. NCSM registration will open November 1.
